“Hello! I just wanted to reach out and say thank you so much for this ministry. I requested a prayer card shortly after learning I was pregnant with my 2nd child and received it very soon after. My first pregnancy was so hard physically and mentally for me. I had terrible anxiety that required me to be on medication most of my pregnancy, then I suffered from preterm labor that left me in the hospital for a week and on bedrest for 6 weeks after that until I was induced at 39 weeks. My labor and delivery were also extremely rough and I spiraled into severe PPD/PPA afterwards. I was so afraid to have another baby, but my husband and I knew God was calling us to grow our family. I prayed to St. Gianna frequently during my 2nd pregnancy and held tight to my prayer card taking it with me almost everywhere I went. My pregnancy was 100% times different. I was joyful, didn’t require any anxiety medication, and physically my body felt great.I delivered a beautiful baby girl in March in the most redeeming, joyful labor and delivery I could have ever dreamed of. We named her Gianna, because I know St. Gianna guided me through pregnancy and delivery and helped changed my heart about being afraid of having more children.
